A Reuters report, cited a group called campaigning against mercury in fish said today that, eating sushi "has become the new Russian roulette" in terms of safety.

The California-based group--Sea Turtle Restoration Project, tested mercury levels in the fish served by 6 top LA restaurants.

"The level of mercury in tuna these restaurants serve is so high they should be keeping this food off their lists," Saddler, the director of the project said. "Eating sushi has become the new Russian roulette."
