Titled, "East Asian Economic Integration and U.S.-Japan Relations." at 9:30 a.m, U.S. Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash.), discusses "U.S. and Economic Integration in East Asia." and at 10:45 a.m., Kazumasa Kusaka, former Japanese vice minister of economy, trade and industry, delivers remarks.
