Japan's Prime Minister Koizumi just finished his speech at a welcoming ceremony held at the White House at 9:27am, US east standard time.
It is a sunny, cozy morning in Washington DC, the tempture is around 80F, and Mr. Koizumi looks his best. He emphases the importance of a srtong US-Japan alliance, sounded like a warping up to his 5 year tenure as one of Japan's most popular, chasmatic leaders.
